Gifts.

This weekend I baked. And baked. And baked. Oh and I baked.

I made my co-workers some baked goods as gifts this year. I bought some treat boxes from the craft store and made all sorts of stuff.



Chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, my grandma's Christmas tree cookies, cheesecake brownies, red velvet cake balls, and chocolate cake balls.

I think (and hope) everyone enjoyed them! And yup!! I'm trying to get you all FAT!!

Hello.

Why, hello world. I've been pretty MIA here. Oops. Not exactly planned but I've been pretty overwhelmed and busy. Stuff at work has calmed down for the most part, so yay! But now we have the holidays and traveling. We'll get through it and have an amazing time! YAY!!

Here are a few things we've been up to:

- Jeremy changed jobs!!!!
(so amazing. I am so so happy for him. He loves his new job.)

- His job is nights... Yah. Our schedules are completely opposite.
It's been kind of hard on me because I miss him.
But we'll be spending the holiday's together and we get every weekend.

- Jack won't stop talking. And it's amazing. It's such a huge difference from June to now.

- Work has been...not stressful...well a little stressful.. mostly just busy.
We work non-stop until we close....which is such a great thing when it comes to the restaurant world.

- I decided that most of my Christmas gifts this year are going to be handmade/edible.
This weekend is dedicated to baking and crocheting!

Hi.

I have a lot going on at work this week. We've done so much in the last few weeks that I can't wait to share!! Hopefully I can get all caught up this weekend.

One quick update--- Since Thanksgiving, Jack has started talking non-stop!! It's amazing! I'm so happy for him and it makes our lives so much easier (& harder at times... No is not a fun work). I have some cute videos I'll share!

So, yah. 

Here's the thing... I have bronchitis. I haven't had it since I was a kid, and man did it hit me hard. I finally went to see a doctor and got some meds. I'm feeling about 80% better, but I still can't stop coughing at night. I have a hard time taking any medicine that will make my drowsy because of Jack. I know Jeremy is more than capable and willing to get up with him at night if he does wake up. But it's just hard. 

So, yah.

We had a great Thanksgiving at my parent's house. I miss it already. We had turkey and all the fixings, which were amazing. We went shopping on Black Friday. We stayed up late watching Storage Wars. And I got sick. Yah. It's been almost 2 weeks.

I can't wait to go back for Christmas.
